Due to the additional safety measures we're employing to help protect our teams, you may experience temporary delays in the shipment of your order. In an effort to further protect our small business partners carrying Johnny Was in Australia, our international shipping fee for orders being delivered to Australia will be increased temporarily to $50. We promise to keep you updated should anything change and are available over the phone and online if you have any questions or concerns.
To better assist you, we are temporarily removing our online return fee. All eligible online domestic orders can now be returned free of charge through our Returns Portal for up to 30 days after purchase. For all other orders, please contact Customer Care.
In accordance with the expiration of the “Stay at Home” order, more and more states are reopening and resuming business. We have been thoughtfully evaluating the situation and have begun reopening stores in select locations. For specific details about individual store openings, please visit our Store Locator page. Johnny Was is dedicated to ensuring all locations are reopened with new safety measures and procedures to ensure the well-being of all employees and customers.
Our staff is required to wear face masks and we ask that while shopping all customers wear their own personal face coverings in store. Employees will also have their temperatures taken at the start of their shift to ensure the safety of themselves, their co-workers, and our guests.
There will be hand sanitizer throughout each store for your use as well as increased cleaning schedules where necessary, including our staff cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day.
We have contactless payment options available (i.e. Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.) and we are encouraging all customers to utilize this feature if possible. All payment devices will be sanitized after every use.
If you would like to have a private shopping session, please reach out to store personnel to schedule this time outside of the store’s operational hours.
To ensure your safety our employees will respect social distancing during your shopping experience and are currently being trained to offer an elevated styling experience while keeping a safe physical distance.
Clothing tried on will be sanitized after each session through disinfecting and steaming measures and returns will also go through these same measures prior to being restocked.
Free ground shipping is still offered to our guests and curbside pickup for locations that allow this service will continue.
