We have been advised by all major carriers that some customers may experience delays due to increased volume and updates to staffing. While this might mean packages are taking a little longer than normal to arrive, they are still being delivered successfully. PROCESSING AND STATUS

Orders are shipped business days only, Monday through Friday. Johnny Was does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. Expedited orders placed after 9am PST may not ship until the following business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing your tracking number and carrier information. Orders containing multiple items may be split across multiple shipments and may not be shipped on the same day.

Johnny Was partners with multiple shipping carriers. Information regarding any backordered or out-of-stock items will be sent in a separate email.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Your order will ship with Standard Ground unless an alternative is selected at checkout. Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and Johnny Was is not responsible for any unanticipated delays. During the holidays our processing and shipping times may vary.

Standard ground shipping to PO Box and APO/FPO Box addresses is available. Unfortunately, we cannot offer expedited shipping for these locations at this time.

If an invalid address is provided, there may be a delay in the processing and delivery of your order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

*We are unable to guarantee expedited shipping for all addresses being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. As carrier availability to remote addresses may be limited. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

There are three ways to track your order.

  1. Log into your customer account on our website. You can view your order history and track each individual order you have placed.

  2. Tracking information is available by visiting the carrier's website. Once there, enter your tracking number and review the most up-to-date information regarding your package. For international orders, please visit www.dhl.com to retrieve the most up-to-date information.

  3. Contact our Customer Service department at (866) 942-8806 Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm PST and a representative will gladly inform you on the status of your order.
