We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders. This does not apply to expedited or international orders.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Our current delivery method and carrier for all domestic packages is UPS. Our delivery method and carrier for international packages is DHL. Our standard orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that UPS and DHL do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If an invalid address is provided, a customer service representative may contact you for an alternate address, which may cause a delay in processing your order.

International Shipping

We have a flat rate shipping cost for all international orders, which is $35 USD via DHL.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

During major US holidays, international orders may take up to 3 business days to process.

  2. Visit www.UPS.com and enter in your tracking number for the most up to date information about your order. For international orders, please visit www.dhl.com to retrieve the most up-to-date information.
  3. Contact our Customer Service department at (866) 942-8806 Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm PST and a representative will gladly inform you on the status of your order.
