Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. To mitigate duties and taxes, all orders totaling $1,000 USD or more will be shipped in multiple shipments.  

During major US holidays, international orders may take up to 5 business days to process.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification, and order processing.


SHIPPING STATUS


Johnny Was partners with multiple shipping carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing your tracking number and carrier information. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Information regarding any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You may also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review your order status and obtain a tracking number.

 

 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

There are three ways to track your order.

  1. Log into your customer account on our website. You can view your order history and track each individual order you have placed.

  2. Visit http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html and enter in your tracking number for the most up to date information about your order. For international orders, please visit www.dhl.com to retrieve the most up-to-date information.

  3. Contact our Customer Service department at (866) 942-8806 Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm PST and a representative will gladly inform you on the status of your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To return merchandise purchased on www.JohnnyWas.com, please follow the steps below:

  • Pack your return merchandise securely (in the original packaging if possible) and include a copy of your invoice with your name, email address, and phone number.

    • Please indicate which items you are returning and the reason for return.

  • Boldly write the Order Number on the front of the box so that it is easily visible.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend you use a trackable and insured shipping method as JohnnyWas.com cannot accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Orders placed on JohnnyWas.com are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday excluding, U.S. and company observed holidays. Due to current restrictions with our partner carriers, we are temporarily unable to deliver to Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. 
 
Please review and confirm your shipping address before submitting your order. Once your order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed or modified. If an invalid address is provided, there may be a delay in the processing and delivery of your order.  
 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing your tracking number and carrier information. Orders containing multiple items may be split across multiple shipments, multiple carriers and may not be shipped on the same day. Information regarding any backordered or out-of-stock items will be sent in a separate email.

IMPORT CHARGES

Please note that the order total at checkout excludes duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Certain items such as fragrances and other alcohol-based products may be considered restricted or hazardous and are restricted from air-transport. We regret that we are not able to ship specialty/restricted items to the following destinations:

  • Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories
